Washu in the ova Is trapped in the Soja. Mihoshi accidently releases her when she goes into the reverse world. She helps Ryoko defeat Kagato. In OVA 8 she takes care of TARO and becomes very attached to him and its the only time we see Washu in her adult form. She saves Tenchi from Dr. Clay. Makes zero clean the toliet. Shes also Dr. Washu in the Mihoshi space adventure.
In Tenchi TV she is found in the cave by Tenchi and Ryoko when Ryoko tries to get it on with Tenchi. She turns Ryoko and Ayeka into platapuses. She moves in with Tenchi. She sets her subspace lab back up She helps bring Tenchi's house along in the Space adventures. She also gets the gang out of alternet realitys. She helps keep Yosho alive. Then the series ends.
In Tenchi In Tokyo. She is a crimnal with Ryoko. She crashes on earth, She makes Tenchi wear a cabbit suit. She creates that portal. Kills some crappy monsters that are not even good enough for Salior Moon
