Washu's Inventions
Sub-Space Laboratory
Washu maintains her laboratory in a specially created sub-dimension which she can access from any point. Others may enter her laboratory only be her permission and normally only from the broom closet underneath Tenchi's staircase. Mihoshi is the noted exception to this rule as she seems able to enter Washu's laboratory whenever she wishes, usually at the most inopportune moments in Washu's experiments.
Ryoko
Although Ryoko is Washu's daughter, she is also her creation. As Washu points out she has created many things, although she considers Ryoko her daughter as she used her own ovum.
Ryo-ohki
Ryo-ohki was one of Washu's most successful genetic experiments. Ryo-ohki is the first cabbit, a cat-rabbit hybrid. In addition, due to the fusion of masu, Ryo-ohki is able to transform into a spaceship. Later she acquires the ability to transform into an adult humanoid, which Washu stabilizes into a toddler form.
Mecha Washu
Mecha Washu was Washu's attempt to create an android assistant that looked just like she does. However, Mihoshi's intervention gave Mecha Washu a mind like Mihoshi's rather than Washu's, leading to several interesting predicaments. After stopping Mecha Washu, Washu tried one more time. But Ryo-okhi's interference gave the android the mind of the cabbit.
Dimensional Retuner
The Dimensional Retuner is a machine that creates a sub-dimension built upon the user's specifications. For all intents and purposes, this sub-dimension is as realistic as the real world to those inside the sub-dimension.
Time Machine
Washu has the ability to send others back in time with this device. It sees its first usage in Tenchi Muyo in Love where the entire group is sent back to save Tenchi's mother from KAIN.
Dimensional Cannon
A weapon of terrible magnitude, the dimensional cannon is capable of destroying entire star systems. Kiyone uses this to attack KAIN, allowing the others to escape.
Ryoko's Battle Suit
Similar to GP and Juraian Battle Suits, Ryoko's Battle Suit gives her further protection in combat.
Washu's Hand Computer
Washu is able to summon her portable computer to her regardless of where she is.
Teleportation Security System
Washu utilizes the Teleportation Security System to keep prying eyes out of areas she does not want them. She has often used this system to thwart Ryoko's and Ayeka's plas for midnight liasons with Tenchi.
The Souja
The Souja is Kagato's starship. However, Washu was the original creator of the ship. It is of a different design than Ryo-ohki, as it is mechanical rather than biological. It also exists in more than one dimension, the only known ship capable of this ability.
Dimensional Tunnel
Washu created a dimensional tunnel to allow the girls to go see Tenchi in Tokyo. One end was in the ceiling of Yosho's house while the other end was in Tenchi's comforter. In order for the tunnel to work, both ends of the tunnel must be unblock. Any time that Tenchi folds his comforter, his end of the tunnel is blocked.
